If I changed my mind, could I return the product I purchased?

If after receiving our jewels you are somewhat unsatisfied with their appearance or designs, you are always free to return the product within 14 days from its arrival. The returning product should be sent in its original package to our headquarters, comprehensive of every item received (including the original sales receipt, warranty and packaging).

The returning shipping fees are on your charge and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to returning shipments. Any potential custom duty paid on the returning package would also be considered on you and deducted from the total refund.

Notice that all returns and exchanges are subject to quality control inspection before they are accepted. We won't accept a return piece if there are clear sings to be worn, used, damaged, or altered from its original condition in any way. So if you opened the package that you want to return, we suggest you to accurately inspect its content for any already existing flaw, so that you are able to report them to us before sending back the package.

This return policy doesn't apply to customized products, that can be returned only if arrived damaged (any damaged sustained after the box arrival won't be considered valid for this policy).

Can I return a damaged or wrong product that I received?

You are always able to return a product if it arrived damaged or somehow different from the one you ordered (in size, material, gems, etc.), but in order to do so you need to communicate it to us within 7 days from the package arrival.

Notice that any damaged sustained after the box arrival won't be considered valid for this policy. So we suggest you to inspect the products soon after arrival and to immediately write us at contactus@insiemejewelry.com (possibly attaching pictures of the damages or flaws reported).

We will guide you on the steps to verify your purchase and the existing damages, and how to safely return your products.

In this case, the shipping fee of the returning box will be on us.

Once we receive your returning package, after our quality inspections, we will immediately refund all the sum you paid when you placed the original order.

Am I able to return a gift I received?

You may be able to return a product only within 14 days upon arrival, for the circumstances clarified in the previous sections, and the sum will be paid back to the customer who placed the order in the first place.

When I'll get my refund?

Once we receive your returning products, after our quality inspections, we will send you a confirmation email comprehensive of an estimated date of your paid sum refund (usually it takes no more than 14 days from the moment we receive your returning package).
